Acceptance of Terms
By using the Taylors Cut site you accept these terms for what it is: a graphic-tee label’s shop, with a catalogue, a bag, a checkout and an order history. These terms exist to say plainly what the shop does, and what it does not.
Products and Pricing
Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), and the number on a listing is the price of that listing. Tax is 5% of the subtotal and shipping is ₹40, free over ₹1,000. The stock count on a listing is the count on the shelf, and the bag will not let you order more than that. Product imagery belongs to the brands credited on each listing; Taylors Cut is not affiliated with those brands.
Orders and Payment
The card is charged by Razorpay at the checkout, and this site never handles the card details. The order is placed here and recorded; the payment is checked against Razorpay’s signature before the order is marked paid, and the shop then confirms the dispatch date in writing. If card payment is not switched on for this build, the order is placed here and confirmed by message. If the shop’s database is not connected when you place an order, the record stays in your browser, and the message on the order page is how it reaches the shop.
Shipping and Delivery
The shop does not publish a delivery window. The dispatch date is given in the message that confirms the order, and the order page shows it once it is confirmed.
Returns and Exchanges
The shop does not publish a returns window. If a print or a size is not right, write to the address below with your order number before the order is dispatched, and it will be taken from there.
Intellectual Property
Product designs and photographs belong to the brands credited on each listing. The site’s own code and interface are built by Adeshpreet Singh. If you own an image and want it removed, write to adeshpreet.singh.399@gmail.com.
Limitation of Liability
The site is provided as-is, with no warranty of any kind. Where the shop has published a number — a price, a stock count, a shipping charge, a tax amount — that number is the one the order carries.
